Refund policy

As our collection is handmade to order and may be customized, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mistakes happen! If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with photos of your item within 48 hours of delivery to socialclubthreads@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or you received the wrong item - normal wear and tear can not be replaced. As each item is handmade, each item may differ slightly in placement. Laundry mishaps are not replaceable, so please be mindful of wash care!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
